First opening as Affordable Rent to Own in October 1994, David Pooley began this company wanting to offer quality name brand merchandise and service to the Tucson community. He still smiles remembering the first living room set he ever rented, and has never lost that feeling that each sale and customer is just as important. Opening our second location in May 1996 to serve South Tucson, ARTO’s commitment to great customer service and low 6 months same as cash prices continued to help us grow. With our third location in East Tucson opening in November 2005, we are proud to now be Tucson’s largest locally owned and operated rent to own store. Recently we have given a fresh face to the company with a new logo, redesigned trucks, and even a new name. Known now as ARTO Sales and Rentals, we are still offering our low 6 months same as cash rent to own prices and great discounts on retail sales.
